The Coloreel ITCU does not show any IP address or shows odd signs as IP address. Check the ethernet cable connection and restart the Coloreel ITCU. Make sure that the network has DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol). DHCP is needed to be able to assign IP address. The Gallery Screen on the Coloreel ITCU does not show any design files. Upload a Color Management file (.CSE file) to the Coloreel ITCU and verify that the corresponding stitch file is uploaded to the embroidery machine. Pale colors Make sure that the thread is threaded correctly and that the Entry and Exit feeder are fully closed. Make sure that the ambient temperature and humidity is within the specified levels. Perform a Clean All. No color Make sure that the thread is threaded correctly and that the Entry and Exit feeder are fully closed. Do a Clean All procedure of the Printer Heads. If you tried all the actions above, do a Deep Clean All procedure of the Printer Heads. One of the colors does not work Do a Clean procedure. A short part of the thread is not colored or colored with a different color. Make sure that the thread is threaded correctly and that the Entry and Exit feeder are fully closed. Open the entry feeder fully and make sure that the Encoder Wheel moves when you move the thread. Do a Clean procedure. The thread or embroidery is dirty or has dull and light colors.
