These recommendations will improve CCP Stitch counting is important to maintain a good Color Change Precision and to handle Thread breaks and Start at Stich in a good way. With correct settings, you should expect an accuracy of 1-2 stitches in almost all cases. Tajima TWMX embroidery machine uses the same settings as the TFMX series. The exception is when using Frame Setting Wide. When using the Frame Settings "Tubular (W)" or "Border (W)", the Wide mode will set the Auto Jump to 4.0 mm (available settings are from 2.0 mm to 4.0 mm). Verify that it is set to 4.0. This setting will insert jump stitches to every stitch with a stitch length of more than 4.1 mm, and by that, the embroidery machine will make more rotation registration by the Stitch sensor connected to the ITCU. The Stitch counting and the Color Change precision will not be accurate. Solution for this problem: For now, the ITCU Software is unable to handle those machine-induced jump stitches. Using the Wide table frame setting and the Coloree unit relies on the digitized stitch file. The digitizer needs to set the stitch programming to split all stitches above 4.0 mm in length with a jump stitch. When the jump stitches are present in the stitch file used to create the Coloreel color file (CSE), the stitch count and CCP will work normally.
