Incorrect Color Changes (CCP) June 02, 2022 09:52 Updated Color changes in the design don't come out right There is a number of reasons why the color changes doesn't end up at the right place. Fist thing to check is the designs. Is the stitch count in the stitch file (embroidery machine) the same as in the color file (CSE). If it differs more than some few stitches, it might affect the color placement precision (CCP). Sometimes you might encounter a difference from the .DST-file and the file sent to your embroidery machine, especially when using network to send designs to the machine. If difference occur, try to load the same .DST-file to the machine as you used when the Coloreel .CSE-file was created. Other things that will help to increase the precision: Update the ITC Software to the latest version. From ver. 1.8.2 the CCP has improved a lot Embroidery designs should not have stitches longer than 12 mm Auto Jump settings at the embroidery machine should be turned off or set to maximum value Setup shall be chosen to reflect the fabric to be used Comments 0 comments Please sign in to leave a comment.
