The thread breaks in the Embroidery machine

At the Embroidery machine

• Perform normal check procedure for the embroidery machine
  • • • Check threading, replace needle, set correct thread tension of both bobbin and top thread

At the Coloreel ITC Unit

• Make sure that it is enough lubrication fluid in the Coloreel ITCU Lubrication Module
• Check the status of the lubricant. If it looks dirty or/and looks fractioned, discard it and rinse the Lubrication module thoroughly with warm water and soap. Let it dry and refill with new lubricant fluid
