No color is printed to the thread

If the ITCU don't print any color on the thread:

1. Make sure that the thread is threaded correctly and that the Entry and Exit feeder are fully closed.
2. Check that the tension knob at the Entry feeder is tight enough (should be tightened all the way in, then released 3 laps)
3. Check the Waste tank level in Service Tool
4. Check the Ink cartridge levels in Service Tool
5. Do a Clean All procedure of the Printer Heads. Refer to the maintenance chapter of the Operator's Manual
