Download log files from the ITCU

How can I download and send log files from the ITCU?

Use a computer, laptop, or tablet, connected to the same network as the unit.

Log in to the Advanced Operator panel (admin)

  • Go to Settings (A)

  • From the menu (B), click 'General'

Note! If asked to download logs for support reasons, please 
do not choose any log option, just click the download button.
  • Click on the drop-down list (E). Select what type of log to download.
    • Recent logs. Only recent logs are downloaded, no zip-files.
    • HDB logs. Logs from HDB are included.
    • Embroidery logs. Embroidery logs are included.
      • Usually, ensure that none of the options are selected unless prompted by Coloreel staff.
  • Click on the Download button (F). 
    • Click the green download icon twice. (at first click the selection will collapse) 
    • A zip file will be prepared and saved to your computer's Downloads folder
    • Use a file transfer service, like WeTransfer, to upload the zip file and send the link to support@coloreel.com
