After each item, check whether the issue persists. Stitch counts Does the CSE design file count correspond with the embroidery stitch file? Check the design's stitch count reported at the embroidery machine. Active setups Is the active Setup correct, and does it comply with the material properties? Is the active Setup healthy? Start marker Was the thread pulled to the correct start marker printed on the thread? Thread breaks Was the "start at stitch" function used after having a thread break? Thread tensions Check the upper thread path thoroughly and check the top thread tension. Check the bobbin case and the bobbin thread tension. Design files Is the CSE color file robust enough?
